PK Aviator Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PK Aviator ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the PK Aviator platform — including the website, mobile interface, and any associated applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PK Aviator. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. PK Aviator recommends that all players keep a copy of these Terms for their reference.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a PK Aviator account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a real individual person — corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into binding contracts or participating in online gambling.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended PK Aviator account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must register using your own accurate and complete personal information. False registration details will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PK Aviator username and password. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@pkaviator.com. PK Aviator will never ask for your password via any channel.

2.3 Verification

PK Aviator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may include government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Accounts that fail to pass verification will be suspended pending resolution.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

PK Aviator accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. All deposits are credited to your PK Aviator wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. PK Aviator does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by PK Aviator within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, funds typically arrive within 2 minutes of processing. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. PK Aviator does not charge withdrawal fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit or to verified accounts held in your own name.
• PK Aviator reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• PK Aviator may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by PK Aviator are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit + bonus amount) a specified number of times before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the PK Aviator welcome bonus. The current welcome offer is a 100% match bonus up to Rs 20,000. To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times (25x) on eligible games. Welcome bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting — any unused bonus balance expires after this period.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games including Teen Patti and Baccarat typically contribute at 10% of each bet. Slots contribute 100%. Roulette contributes 20%. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• PK Aviator reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on PK Aviator are subject to acceptance by the platform. PK Aviator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion without explanation. Bets are only confirmed when you receive a confirmed bet receipt in your account. Do not assume a bet is placed until this confirmation appears.

5.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on PK Aviator — covering international fixtures, PSL, and other domestic competitions — is subject to the following rules:

• A minimum of one delivery must be bowled for a match to be settled. If no play occurs, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of match abandonment mid-game, settlement rules depend on the competition format and the point at which play ceased. Dead Heat rules apply where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at PK Aviator's discretion. Odds during in-play betting are subject to change. A bet is not accepted until you receive a bet ID confirmation.
• Results are settled based on the official result declared by the governing cricket body for that competition. Match referee decisions are final for settlement purposes.

5.3 Obvious Errors

If PK Aviator inadvertently publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Examples include odds below 1.01 on a multi-outcome event or grossly mispriced markets. Affected players will have their stakes returned.

6. Casino Game Rules

6.1 Live Casino

All live casino games on PK Aviator — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, and all variants thereof — are operated by licensed third-party game providers using independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) software and live dealer protocols. PK Aviator is not responsible for the outcome of any game but is responsible for ensuring that game providers meet our published RTP standards.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a live game round, PK Aviator's systems will auto-stand or auto-play using your pre-selected settings where applicable. In games where no auto-play option exists, your bet for that round remains valid and will be settled according to the game outcome. PK Aviator is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction in any casino game, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to all affected players. This includes server outages, RNG failures, or dealer errors confirmed by the game provider. PK Aviator does not pay out on rounds settled as a result of a confirmed malfunction.

7. Responsible Gaming

PK Aviator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent). Self-exclusion activates immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will be blocked from all PK Aviator products and removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

PK Aviator actively monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling. If our responsible gaming system identifies concerning patterns, a member of our team will make contact. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Aviator. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all balances, including real money deposits, will be subject to investigation and potential forfeiture:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play while under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods. All deposits must be from payment accounts held in your own name.
• Bonus abuse: Using matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game or poker variant.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to generate profit.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your account.

9. Privacy and Data Use

PK Aviator collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

PK Aviator uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from company operating funds. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law or with our licensed third-party game and payment providers under contractual data protection obligations.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your PK Aviator account at any time by contacting support@pkaviator.com. Upon account closure request, any real money balance above Rs 500 will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.

PK Aviator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Provision of false registration information
• Failure to pass identity verification within 30 days of a formal request
• Confirmed underage registration
• Regulatory requirements or court orders

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK Aviator's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PK Aviator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. This does not affect any liability we have for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury caused by our negligence.

PK Aviator makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own device. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party software failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or force majeure events.

12. Changes to These Terms

PK Aviator may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you continue to use PK Aviator after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated version. If you do not agree with any changes, your remedy is to close your account before the changes take effect — your real money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
